Affiliate Business Development Manager

Job description

  • Lead Generation Manager searches for potential partners as well as the decision makers within the potential partner’s organization 
  • You will build the sales pipeline by transitioning potential partners into qualified leads  for AWE team by cold calling/e-mailing and meeting potential partners 
  • You will research and build friendly relationships with new partners 
  • Sets up meetings between partner decision makers and Docler Holding Management/AWE account management team/sales director 
  • Handles objections, negotiate or persuade appropriately by clarifying and emphasizing agreements
  • Lead Generation Manager enhances existing relationships by presenting new services and products
  • You will meet customer needs by working with internal colleagues and technical staff
  • Organize and participate in internal and external debriefs about potential partners
  • Lead Generation Manager attends industry events and provides feedback and information on market and creative trends 
  • You will collaborate with company’s management in order to develop new products, services, and promotion channels 
  • Identify opportunities for marketing campaigns, products/services, and distribution channels leading to sales increase 
  • Prepare unique selling differentiation and propositions using knowledge of the market and competitors  
  • Sales executive creates frequent reviews and updates reports with sales and financial data
  • Enter all required data for sales onto the company system 
  • Progress towards activity targets and KPI’s, set by the sales director 
  • Prepare and delivers appropriate presentations on products / services 
  • Any other tasks assigned by the direct line manager or management


Requirements

Work experience

  • Technology or related field 3-5 years of sales experience in selling solutions/services 
  •  Experience in adult industry (preferably also related to services / B2B and B2C) will be considered as a strong asset 

Personal competences, language skills

  • Excellent analytical, conceptual skills and commercial understanding
  • Education: a degree in Business, Marketing, Information 
  • Ability to prioritize and able to work under pressure
  • Proven business development and implementation skillset      
  • Capability to think strategically and ability to see the big picture    
  • Ability to work in international and multi-functional environment   
  • Self-starter and quick learner 
  • Strong, self-confident communicator who is able to interact with stakeholders, customer and higher management level
  • Availability and willingness to travel  
  • Ability to research, analyze and present information  
  • Highly motivated and flexible team player committed to deliver results within short deadlines  
  • Use own initiative and work autonomously
  • Above-average client communication skills (written and verbal)
  • English is must. French, Dutch, Spanish, Romanian, Hungarian will be considered as a strong asset
  • Accurate record-keeping ability    
  • Good competency with Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel       
  • Open to training and expanding his/her knowledge, skills and methods of working
