Business Development Manager (Spanish as mother tongue)

Job description

The primary role of Business Development Manager is to be the first point of contact in the sales process and to be able to engage potential partners to drive interest in AWE/Account Management program. He must then plan persuasive approaches and write business proposals that will convert companies of interest into business partners. Business Development Manager has to grow and retain existing business partners by presenting new services and products to clients. Strategic planning is a key part, since it is the Business Development Manager’s responsibility to develop the pipeline of new business coming into the company. This requires a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services the company can provide, and the company’s competitors. 


New business development:

  • Business Development Manager searches for potential partners as well as the decision makers within the potential partner’s organization
  • He builds the sales pipeline by transitioning potential partners into qualified leads for AWE/Account Management team by cold calling/e-mailing and meeting potential partners
  • He researches and builds friendly relationships with new partners
  • He sets up meetings between partner decision makers and Docler Holding Management/AWE/Account Management team/sales director
  • He handles objections, negotiate or persuade appropriately by clarifying and emphasizing agreements

Client retention:

  • Business Development Manager enhances existing relationships by presenting new services and products
  • He meets customer needs by working with internal colleagues and technical staff
  • He organized and participates in internal and external debriefs about potential partners

Business development planning:

  • Business Development Manager attends industry events and provides feedback and information on market and creative trends
  • He collaborates with company’s management in order to develop new products, services, and promotion channels
  • He identifies opportunities for marketing campaigns, products/services, and distribution channels leading to sales increase
  • He prepares unique selling differentiations and propositions using knowledge of the market and competitors

Reporting:

  • Business Development Manager creates frequent reviews and updates reports with sales and financial data
  • He enters all required data for sales onto the company system
  • Progresses towards activity targets and KPIs, set by the sales director
  • Prepares and delivers appropriate presentations on products /services

Requirements

Education:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology or related field

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of sales experience in selling solutions/services
  • Experience in adult industry (preferably also related to services / B2B and B2C) will be considered as a strong asset

Language:

  • English is must. 
  • Native Spanish is must.
