Responsibilities

  • Leading the Business Development Management Team by example and provide professional support and guidence
  • Foster and develop strong relationship with peer departments and establish daily communication with upper management
  • Capacity planning and resource management within the team
  • Prioritizing projects, delegating tasks, managing schedules and set deadlines for his/her team
  • Ensure effective communication using multiply channels of communication to team members, business, executive managements, project managers
  • Continuously monitor market trends and feedback the information to his/her team
  • Create the vision and strategy of the Business Development, set up road maps, define Goals and Plans, build new business development channels
  • Contributing in the organization of the Summits
  • Representing the company in internal and external events
  • Collecting and analyses the errors reported by the partners and transfers these information to the business
  • Participation in the development and improvement of the partner’s communication strategy and internal processes.
  • Gain an understanding on the industry trends, build up market knowledge and share this information with the business
  • Continuous co-operation and internal co-ordination in order to efficiently serve our partners. Participations on Expo’s and related industry events
  • Preparation of riports and analyzes to the top management
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for VIP clients

Requirements

Requirements

  • Deep Customer-focused mindset
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, Marketing or Communications
  • 5+ professional experience gained in a similar position in an international environment
  • 5+ years Business Development experience
  • Ability of strategic thinking, and analytical thinking 
  • Independent workflow and proactivity
  • Strong knowledge of internet product’s and services
  • Excellent/Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong proven analytical thinking skills
  • Organized, efficient and able to meet deadlines
  • Flexibility
