The salary offered for this position is between 84,000 - 114,000 EUR gross per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.

With us, your tasks will be...

• Manage a team working on MySQL and MSSQL databases
• Organize team's resources, schedule the task, check deadlines and provide proper visibility
• Handle tickets, keep contact with other teams, handle requests from out of the team
• Support and motivate the team members, expect delivery in time and high quality but support the team members in it.
• Provide technical and management support to the team members
  Technical responsibilities
• Maintain database servers, monitoring of system health and performance 
• Replication processes administration on Microsoft SQL Server production systems 
• Create ad-hoc queries, migration scripts, improve query performance, refactoring 
• Assist developers with complex query tuning, schema designing, and refinement 
• Analyze, solve and fix issues in real time, providing problem resolution

• You build relationship with other teams
• You are open to collect and learn necessary information
• You are interested about the technical details and domain knowledge
• You can organize, follow and manage your team’s tasks
• You are able to balance between delivery and workload
• If you get a challenging task, you are able break it down and start quickly the first phase

As a developer:

• You worked with MySQL databases in production (MSSQL is a plus)
• You have relevant experience with 24/7 systems
• You know how indexes work, how can you read an execution plan
• You can move or modify big amount of data in a heavy loaded environment
• You created and tuned queries and database designs
• You have a developer approach and you understand the relational database basics as well (storage, replication)

• You are good in scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.)
