Description

We are looking for an experienced Finance Cost Manager, reporting to the Head of Accounting, to become a key member of our accounting and finance team. This individual will lead the relations with clients and partners of the multi-national Jasmin Group.


Tasks & responsibilities:

  • Liaising and correspondence (with clients and partners) in respect of payouts.
  • Ownership of the transfer process regarding the payout of funds to the accounts of the partner companies (e.g. Payoneer, Chexx, Intercash).
  • Preparation of payout files and related administration (monitoring of transfers, ordering checks, etc.).
  • Development of the payout system, searching and implementing payout methods and alternatives, assisting developers with respect to the information to be displayed on the website.
  • Support the development and implementation of the new closing and reporting processes, plus internal controls for the standalone entities and Jasmin Group.
  • Preparation of financial reports, statistics, and calculations for the management team.
  • Propose process improvements on the payout process, payout methods and new partnership opportunities.
  • Actively participate in the conversion and implementation from Luxembourg GAAP to IFRS.

Requirements

Requirements & essential knowledge

  • 6+ years in a similar role in a multinational company
  • Commerce related qualifications (accounting, management science, law) a plus
  • International experience a plus
  • Industry experience (Live-streaming, Telecom, Payment Service) preferred
  • Governance structure, tax environments and rules exposure
  • Excellent computer skills and solid understanding of accounting software principles
  • Fluent in English, any other languages are an asset
