Group HR Director

Job description

Teqball is an international group with operations in Budapest, Dublin, Lausanne, Los Angeles and Shanghai. We are involved in the design, manufacture and sale of own-branded sports equipment and sports technology, whilst also driving our sport to the forefront of sport recognition. We are already being recognized as one of the fastest growing global sports.   • Review, build and develop HR processes and procedures to ensure Group objectives are achieved
  • Take ownership of all human resource matters such as performance management processes, salary review, benefits, leadership development, talent review, succession planning, headcount budget, employee relations, implementation of organizational changes
  • Act as a Change Agent within the organization to support change management efforts involving organizational redesign and global expansion to ensure compliance with local legislation
  • Build effective business relationships with internal stakeholders both at local, regional and global level to proactively support their needs
  • Provide HR partnering, management, coaching and counselling to business leaders and managers to effectively meet business goals
  • Oversee Talent Acquisition to ensure successful fulfillment of the Group’s objectives
  • Work on the organization's values, culture and philosophy

Requirements

The successful applicant:


  • Will have at least 10 years of relevant direct HR experience in high growth global environments and have at least five years of senior leadership experience
  • Will possess an HR/law degree level qualification
  • Must have experience of creating and implementing HR systems and processes within a fast growth multinational environment
  • Must have strong experience of successfully leading HR projects within a brand building/sports environment
  • Must have good understanding of compensation and benefit arrangements
  • Will have understanding of at least two European countries’ employment law and typical benefits structures (Luxembourg, Ireland, Hungary, USA would be beneficial)
  • Will have extensive experience in employee engagement, HR transformation and implementation
  • Will be able to work in a complex international matrix organization managing multiple stakeholders
