The Head of HR will provide overall guidance and leadership to the human resources function across all businesses of Docler Holding globally.

The role

  • You will be a trusted leader, an advisor and a champion to our people. As the Head of HR, you will work closely with the CEO and the leadership team to implement our ambitious vision. We shoot for the moon!
  • You will get trusted space to implement a people strategy that helps us grow at rocket speed. You will get down to the details when it comes to setting the right goals and priorities
  • We are growing at an incredible pace and we will need you to roll-up your sleeves and make sure our employee and business performance is at its peak. You will make sure our Docler Squad is productive, focused and engaged!
  • If you enjoy a broad spectrum covering everything from strategy to culture to compliance to data… this role is for you! You will oversee the entire HR function across the business; including recruitment, learning & development, reward & recognition and employee relations. 
  • You will unleash the power of data in HR. You will deep dive into implementing necessary systems that will help us understand our Squad better

  • Substantial leadership experience along with top-notch expertise in a range of people functions, preferably within a global technology firm
  • High energy and resourcefulness to work in a fast-moving environment with ever-changing priorities and last-minute decisions so taking this in your stride is paramount
  • Ability to get under the skin of the business and deliver people strategies that will help us grow at rocket-speed
  • Managing remote teams is second nature to you. You have direct experience leading a distributed team across geographies and business lines. 
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present views in a clear and compelling manner. English is a must, and any other European language is a big bonus! We have a dream, and we need you to be able to communicate it to a global Docler Squad!
