  • Advises and supports managers and associates in strategic and operative HR matters
  • Ensures smooth execution of HR standards, policies, and processes
  • Responsible for recruitment processes
  • Governance of remuneration regulation
  • Supporting the continuous high volume growth of the organization, by implementing organizational changes
  • Assuring GDPR compliance
  • Coordinating of onboarding, contracting and resignation process
  • Consultation on Hungarian Labour Code related questions in order to ensure that the operation is fully compliant with the Hungarian Labour Code

  • Relevant college or university degree
  • At least 3-5 years work experience as an HR Business Partner/Generalist with proven experience in Employee Relations
  • Knowledge of government regulations related to labor practices, benefits, compensation and HR policy
  • Advanced English knowledge
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Goal-and result orientated personality
  • Good organizational and presentation skills, proactivity
  • Flexible, customer orientated mentality
