With us you will

  • Work on blue collar positions in Budapest
  • Responsible for end to end recruitment ( sourcing, advertising, screening, interviewing)
  • Administer ATS pipelines
  • Communicate with relevant hiring managers and report on the process and candidate pipeline
  • Ensure and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for given positions
  • Learn SSC position's sourcing and prescreening to be able to work as substitute for relevant Recruitment Partner

Requirements

We'd love to meet someone with

  • 2 years recruitment experience as a recruiter or senior talent acquisition sourcer in corporate enviroment
  • Passion for recruitment and communication
  • Well-developed self-organization, attention to details
  • Excellent written and verbal communication both in English and Hungarian
  • Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Flexible and open-minded
  • Proactivity is a must
  • Constant thrive for excellence
