Docler Holding is looking for a legal assistant. The legal team is currently composed of 7 members, each with varied areas of specialization (i.e. IP, data protection, corporate, civil, labour, dispute resolutions and so forth) making the team truly complementary. The legal team has vocation to address internally and/or coordinate with other departments and/or third party service providers on a broad array of legal issues and transactions at group headquarter level and cross-jurisdictions. Your main job duty will be to handle the contract management system (signature, filing, follow-up) and to assist the rest of the team where necessary. You will work closely with the paralegal and each of the team members. What you will really be doing

  • Type, edit, proofread and finalize letters, emails and/or documents;
  • Follow-up documentation until full execution by various parties and subsequent digital and physical archiving/filing + input, update and review of  accuracy/consistency of the contract management platform ;
  • Ideally can perform limited paralegal activities as regards standard legal documentation (mainly recurrent corporate resolutions and IP cease & desist letters pursuant to template) + good communication skills to interact cross-department;
  • Perform administrative tasks and support responsibilities, liaise with local authorities or service providers (notary offices, public administration, RCSL, information/assistance requests and so forth)  
  • Maintain files, follow up specifically assigned transactions and/or update company public records and the group companies legal files
  • Support in audit and cross department requests, compile legal and/or contract data where relevant
  • Escalate/address issues where deemed relevant
  • Liaise with internal / external parties where relevant
  • Follow-up on billing matters where relevant 
  • Scope of authority: Submitting proposals with respect to the improvement of the methods/work/filing and archiving


  • Education: Graduate level, Secretarial and/or legal education ideally
  • At least 2 to 3 years of professional experience in a similar role (law firm, in house or equivalent)
  • Excellent oral and written command of English. French, Hungarian and/or German are considered as an asset.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks, sometimes under pressure
  • Strong organizational, administrative and communication skills
  • Must be able to demonstrate good attention to details
  • Excellent problem-solving and writing skills
  • Capability to work autonomously but also as part of a team
  • Confident, self-starter, ability to operate in a dynamic environment, initiative taking, humble and collaborative.
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Familiarity with legal documents and procedures
