With us, you will…

  • Provide advice and recommendations, and ensure our companies and related businesses of the Group at the headquarter level in Luxembourg and cross jurisdictions are compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and local data protection laws, working along with the DPO and data protection team and interacting with the various departments (IT, products, operational departments and so forth);
  • Assist the DPO with communication to data subjects and/or supervisory authority, ensure privacy by design at all levels, draft or review any necessary contract with internal or external entities to cover a data processing operation, monitor and maintain records of processing operations, review any necessary data protection impact assessment.


What we expect from you…

    • Master Degree in Law/LLMm. Bar exam (CCDL or equivalent) is an asset
    • 4-5 years of post-qualified (relevant) experience. In particular, a combined experience of both law firm, Big Four and/or in-house practice (at least part of it in Luxembourg) would be an asset
    • Ideal candidate with legal proficiency as regards Data Protection, and sound knowledge of the Luxembourg and EU legislative environment and procedures (including mandatorily GDPR) as well as sound knowledge of ICT/IT/IT security terminology and environment.
    • Ideal candidate with excellent drafting and communication skills as regards Data protection matters, with both specialists and non-specialists recipients cross-departments (numerous interactions with product owners, project manager, ICT/IT specialists)
    • Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving and good follow-through skills with successful pattern for meeting tight deadlines. Ability to handle confidential information. Ethical standardsCapability to work independently, with a client oriented approach (proactivity and accountability driven) and ability to operate and thrive in a high-paced, changing work environment
    • Excellent oral and written command of English. French and/or German as strong assets
