We are seeking an Operations Project Coordinator who will be responsible for the monitoring and alignment of all ongoing projects within HR, Finance, Legal, Office Management, Facility and Corporate PR Departments. He/She will define and implement the project management standards and processes in an agile and creative environment.  The Operations Project Coordinator will report directly to the CEO, he/she will work closely together with the leaders of the referred departments and will be based in the Luxembourg Headquarters of the Company.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Coordinates the projects of the departments of legal, HR, finance, office management and corporate PR
  • Maintain a record of progress of various projects that are being delivered by several departments
  • Set deadlines and support the staff in their deliverables, ensuring that projects encounter minimal disruptions in terms of minimal wasted time and resources
  • Act as an objective information source with regards to actual statuses of all ongoing projects
  • Key person responsible for the prioritisation, value analysis and identification of resources, by working in close collaboration with the key stakeholders from the relevant departments.
  • Coordinate the process harmonisation within multiple departments among the different locations within the Group
  • Provide frequent and timely status reports on all ongoing projects within all the above mentioned departments, mark critical paths/risks/delays
  • Manage expectations of key stakeholders and ensure transparency in all communications
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and methodologies in line with best market practices
  • Any other task assigned by the CEO

Requirements

Expectations:

  • A proven track record of at least 5 years program and project management, preferable you are certified Project Manager (e.g. PMI, Prince 2) or have some knowledge of other project management frameworks, approaches and principles in a corporate environment
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering. Computer Science or other relevant discipline (MBA , Masters)

  • Compelling interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workloads and manage competing priorities
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English. (French or German  languages are an advantage)
