Screening the genuineness of incoming payment transactions.
Maintaining historical databases of fraudulent events to support future monitoring activities.
Taking action to prevent financial loss to DDITS and to keep Chargeback percentages at an optimum level.
Chargeback handling (Restricting member accounts, communicating the debts, aiding the settlement process, data gathering for Re-Presentments)
Background analysis of high risk transaction events.
Analysing patterns of fraudulent events and initiate solutions to prevent fraud
What we expect from you...
High School Diploma
Strong command of English
Intermediate computer skills
Strong analytical thinking
Willingness to work in 3 shifts
