Product Designer

Job description

If you are passionate about Product Design and modern design trends, you like to work in a multidisciplinary environment, you have an eye for user needs, you are fond of UX, you can translate your ideas into high fidelity concepts and you can communicate your vision and designs to stakeholders while guiding developers through functional specification documents and prototypes; then this might be the role for you!


Responsibilities:


  • Reporting to the Product Owner and representing the stakeholders’ interests in the team
  • Work alongside the Product Owner to clarify business requirements
  • Designing wireframes and flow maps in Sketch or a similar software
  • Creating low and high fidelity prototypes in InVision
  • Designing user interactions
  • Documenting business requirements such as job stories, user stories and functional specifications
  • Creating tickets in Jira to be handled to developers (epics, user stories, sub-tickets)
  • Presenting your designs and functional specifications to the development team and various stakeholders
  • Supporting the development team, POs/PMs and Architects with release planning, functional research and release testing
  • Participating in team planning meetings and ensuring availability to provide advice, clarification and guidance during the execution of each Sprint
  • Reviewing completed work from the development sprints
  • Always bringing a positive attitude and passion to the work environment

Requirements

Expectations:


  • 3+ years of relevant Product Design experience
  • Extensive knowledge of UX Design principles
  • The ability to draft wireframes and visual application flows
  • The ability to design clean interfaces up to date with modern Product Design trends
  • The ability to come up with high fidelity interactive prototypes using and user interactions clips
  • Experience with User Stories visualizations, Acceptance criteria and Functional specifications
  • Extensive knowledge of InVision and Sketch, being able to use them following an optimal design workflow
  • Strong user/customer orientation
  • Basic technical skills, especially in Web development technologies
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies (Scrum)
  • Upper intermediate English knowledge (B2) or higher
