Social Media Coordinator

Job description

Work closely with the Marketing and Communication Manager. Follow-up and alignment with the external communication strategy. The aim is to develop and implement a social media strategy (to promote the goals of our products) in order to create consumer engagement online as well as brand recognition.


Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • General social media strategy proposition
  • Photos and videos editing
  • Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities
  • Brand advocacy
  • Community outreach
  • Manage a blogger program
  • Build a brand ambassador/influencer network
  • Post and comment on relevant blogs
  • Write editorial content
  • Engage in conversations
  • Create and maintain a calendar and posting schedule
  • Analyze social media campaigns and strategies
  • Monitor trends in social media
  • Monitor the activities of main competitors in social media
  • Monitor social space for brand and related topics and conversations
  • Closure of fake pages, profiles, groups related to the products and regular monitoring
  • Understand how the social media impacts traffic


Work experience

  • Bachelor`s degree/ Education has to be combined with previous work experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in social media
  • Demonstrable proficiency using popular social media channels
  • Experience writing content for social sites and effectively managing online relationships with users
  • Strong ability to write short-form copy and ability to take on the "voice" of the organization whenever needed, with an affinity for communicating to multiple audiences
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Understanding of the latest SEO/SEM tactics
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage a social media strategy to drive community  engagement and interaction
  • Demonstrated ability for photography and videos transcoding

Personal competences, language skills

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Other languages can be an asset
