Responsibilities

  • Engage and lead a homogeneous team of 15 to effectively reach operational target
  • Build relationships with stakeholders
  • Dealing with any day to day issues that arise
  • Completing training and offering ongoing support
  • Manage performance of team, set targets, evaluate results
  • Supporting quality assurance processes and projects
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure your department is able to offer the service required
  • In your team you will coordinate the implementation of the business plan determined

Requirements

Requirements

  • Excellent/Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • 3+ years of experience in the field of Customer Service
  • At least 1 year of people management experience
  • High level of communication skills, ability to motivate others
  • Deep customer focus mindset
  • Independent workflow and proactivity
  • Good organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills
