Aim

  • The Product Analyst facilitates the improvement of post-release/post-implementation testing process by advising the product supervisors.
  • The future colleague must demonstrate a deep understanding of digital multiplatform (native app, desktop – Windows, MacOS, mobile devices – IOS, Android smartphones and tablets) products, and gain an extensive awareness of Docler’s products.
  • This multi-talented individual will gain experience in production testing and UX processes: user archetype and journey development, UX writing, and user research and testing

 

With us, you will do…

  • Creating test plan and test summary documents.
  • Performing complex tests, measuring and analysing products and functions.
  • Testing and retesting all assigned scenarios and providing detailed description of scenarios that failed.
  • Reproducing and documenting reported issues to help drive prioritization with the product teams.
  • Conducting exploratory testing rounds.
  • Developing automation scripts to execute automated regression tests.
  • Producing detailed reports.
  • Creating post-release testing and monitoring process with defined instructions
  • Performing post-release testing cycle with our full products to ensure that all product release and functions meet quality criteria
  • Preparing and presenting reports that reflect monitoring results including proposed practical and value added recommendations to address control weaknesses and/or process inefficiencies.
  • Preparing annual benchmark studies and organising control group meetings. Following all main competitors on the market.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the CEO

Requirements

What we expect from you…

  • Bachelor degree required.
  • Proven experience in an IT QA or UAT tester or similar role.
  • Tolerance of monotony.
  • Proven knowledge of testing standards and procedures.
  • Ability to analyse system specifications.
  • Ability to overview complex systems.
  • Flexible and open-minded.
  • Strong command of English language, French or Hungarian knowledge is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to work on conflicting priorities be proactive and self-motivated.
  • Follow technology improvements in company products.
  • Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Working experience with Jira.
  • Detailed understanding of the fundamentals of WEB applications and standards.
