With us, you will:

  • Supervise a team of video editors: prioritizing projects, assigning tasks, managing the team’s planning and generate activity reports
  • Make creative decisions and ensuring quality control and consistency on projects
  • Evaluate, mentor, support the team members
  • Work closely with other departments and managers
  • Participate in the ideation phase of new projects
  • Follow creative trends in video creation, including social media
  • Create and edit video content for promotional purposes, social media, and corporate videos
  • Collect footage, images, and soundtracks


What we expect from you...

  • Language: C2 level of English
  • 3+ years of experience directly managing a team of video editors
  • 3+ years of experience in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Ability to create scripts to automate tasks and speed up video creation workflows
  • Experience with illustration, vector animation, 3D modeling is a plus
  • Ability to manage and clarify ambiguous requirements
  • Excellent at building relationships and collaborating with stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Collaborative, communicative, and a motivating attitude
